Order Processing

All orders are processed with care to ensure quality and accuracy.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.


Delivery Timeframes

Once received, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and courier network conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons. However, we will always try our best to make this time as short as possible.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using Aramex.
In the future, we may also make use of other reputable courier partners to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
